Cyto-Mine® is an automated platform which seamlessly integrates single cell screening, sorting, dispensing, imaging, and clone verification. Underpinned by its patented microfluidic picodroplet technology, it offers an intuitive interface and the capability to automatically screen up to 40 million cells within hours, a significant increase from the ~10,000 achieved through manual methods. This increased throughput is widely acknowledged in various research domains, including antibody discovery, cell line development, cell engineering, and synthetic biology.
