The CURIOSIS Celloger® M22 supports brightfield and two fluorescence channels (Green: EX 470/40, EM 540/50; Red: EX 562/40, EM 641/75) with customisable fluorescence modes. It features a fully motorised XYZ stage (camera-moving) and a high-sensitivity 5MP CMOS. Analysis methods include auto focusing, single and multicolour image stitching, Z-stacking, time-lapse, and real-time recording.
