ComBio 2026 will be held at the International Convention Centre Sydney in NSW, bringing together researchers, educators and industry professionals with a shared interest in biological sciences across diverse research and innovation fields, featuring a dynamic program of lectures, lightning talks and poster presentations across Cell and Developmental Biology, Biochemistry and Metabolism, Proteins and Structural Biology, Plant Biology, RNA, Omics and Systems Biology, and Education.
Held biennially, ComBio is one of the premier events in the scientific calendar and, in 2026, will unite the annual conferences of the Australian Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB), the New Zealand Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (NZSBMB), the Australian and New Zealand Society for Cell and Developmental Biology (ANZSCDB), the Australian Society of Plant Scientists (ASPS), and the Australasian RNA Biology and Biotechnology Association (A-RNA), alongside dedicated symposia presented by A-RNA.
